OCP: new variants (AsyncTransferQueued, etc.) can be added without changing the ServerSideCopy or FallbackUsed arms.

Serialized with a type discriminator ("ServerSideCopy" or "FallbackUsed") so the frontend can branch on the outcome without string-parsing the inner fields.
